This imposing stone built hotel is situated in superb countryside surrounded by two golf courses. Staff were very friendly and helpful. All of the staff were very welcoming, helpful and obliging and appeared well trained. The food in the Old Masters restaurant was excellent with a good range of wines at reasonable prices. The meals/snacks in the Stutts bar were also very good. Both golf courses are excellent with spectacular views at every turn and were in good condition. We had a very enjoyable stay.
