It was a little difficult to find but we were soon given directions over the phone. The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and outgoing, which is a rarity nowadays in hotels with this star rating, it was more in keeping with a more expensive hotel or a higher star rating. The security at the the hotel made you feel safe, l liked how you had to scan your room key to be able to go into the lift area. Breakfast was very good and there was plenty of choice.
