  We certainly tested their 24hr service as due to a hectic schedule we checked in, following a call to them earlier in the evening, at nearly 1am.   The staff were welcoming, efficient & very friendly yet at the same time professional. It was as we were about to depart that we were offered - First time guests at this hotel and on good b&b deal,so was delighted when we informed reception that there was a slight noise in our first room that they moved us to a newly upgraded suite. It was huge and where still had a few finishing touches to complete,was really comfortable. It was lovely and serene at breakfast,where staff were really friendly and made an omelette for me with no hesitation. The grounds were beautiful. I will definitely consider staying again.
