location and price !! Excellent Value for Money. Couldn't find any better deal around this location!!.
I certianly liked the location, near to Oxford Street and Hyde Park. I must admit that the reviews were not so promising, however, after visiting the hotel, I'm quite shocked that people can write such negative stuff about this hotel. I certainly think value for money and location you can't ask for more !!!.

Excellent value for money. Room and facilities basic, but clean and comfortable and decent breakfast.
location and price.
It was clean, bedding was comfortable.
location was good and had our own front door keys so coming in late not a problem.

Could not get any hot water.
The bathrooms are not of the best quality. We asked for two en suite rooms and one only had a shower in the corner of the room and the other was like a portaloo!!! And the toilet didnt flush!!!.
toilet flush broken so dificult to flush, no remote for TV so unable to change volume.
The breakfast was poor.
heat was on constantly,toilet in room out of order-had to use the public toilets but still charged for en-suite room,'continental" breakfast was poor.
The hotel and the room are really dirty. Rooms are noisy. Really a bad experience.
net curtain in shreds, drawer fronts on the floor, carpet dirty, washbasin did not drain, no ensuite lavatory, all in all the room was dirty.
This was by far the most disgusting place i have ever seen in my entire life. The smell in the room was terrible. The room was small but this is not a problem as i have stayed in smaller on business trips. There were two beds of different heights pushed together with a base shee on them. Bathroom is a cubicle .. no toilet roll, could not flush.
Room stank, walls covered in water damage and filthy, sink cracked and stained, bathroom filthy, window didn't lock, noise all night, felt unsafe, didn't risk eating breakfast due to cleanliness.
