Very good breakfast (a big choice between foods and also enough to make it "the most important meal in the day"). And the available kitchen was a nice touch as well. Location - everything is very close. And WiFi in room was a nice surprise. Overall - for the price - totally worth it.

I think it was the 2nd floor I stayed, the common shower room's door was very hard to lock/open. It got quite claustrophobic and I was frightened I could get locked in.

The apartment was basic, 1 of the rooms had not been made up on arrival but staff were prompt to rectify and apologetic. Apartment sleeps 5 but only had 3 mugs in kitchen.

Everything was brilliant, the staff, the room, the flat, the breakfast, the bar, everything! The rooms look like they had just been refurbished as there was plenty of place, everything was clean, I liked the wood flooring which was new.

Newly refurbished and spotless student rooms, compact but of a high standard. Unbeatable location just off Covent Garden, near British Museum, University, Oxford St, Soho, Trafalgar Square and galleries. Between 2 stations on Central line linking with Northern and Piccadilly lines. Perfect simplicity with helpful staff. Lively but civilised and peaceful.

I was very pleased with the stay. The room was comfortable and clean.The shower good.I felt safe and secure as a woman traveling alone.The best was the Breakfast.Wide selection of fresh!!!! fruit(pineapple,watermelon,grapes,bananas, plums etc) and pastries and cereal and tea.The best breakfast I've been ever served since staying in various hotels and B&B's.And all that for £36 a night.Definitely reccomend

The breakfast was quite ok with fruits. The was also kitchen (even two on the part of the corridor). However are small. Location! Few tubes are not far, small shops are just behind the left corner of the street. Pizza take away is opposite the hostel. You can leave the baggage at storage place.
There are kitchens, however were not cups. Internet- you should to register on some special source (not all stuff can advice how to make it). The bedclothes ( sheet) didn't look for me like new and changed, so I asked another one-which I've got without problem even if it was late time.

The location was great. The staff responded quickly to my complaint about the room not being cleaned.
The room had not been cleaned and the bed hadn't been changed. The shared shower was dirty as another guest had wiped their hair all over the shower cubicle which wasn't very pleasant. The shared toilet need a good clean

rooms looked newly renovated, good phone line connection, excellent buffet breakfast, I had a good sleep :-)
blocked room sink (lavabo) and shower valve (only hot water was coming out!) which were not fixed by a staff,attending staff was not prompt enough to my complaints, but I'm quite sure these (complaints) are small and can be rectified easily.
