Actually a colleague of mine Simone resided there....as i was in a different hotel.. Well we met there and i was jealous as Jade Hotel was a real marvel. Personnel extremely kind.. ALL 10/10 ++++ Kindest regards Ivano . location. Beautiful hotel, lovely rooms and bathroom. Very Clean. Excellent staff. I've stayed several times over the last few months and its great value for money. Excellent location for all central London attractions.
所有评语 » The staff went out of their way to accommodate us at every opportunity. The rooms were above par for the price. It is hard to find a place with your own bathroom for the price and location.our stay was very satisfactory, easy to walk to the exhibition centre, and the staff were very pleasant.i would definitely use them again. Well it is easy to reach by underground. All rooms are ensiute. Well managed, though only basic breakfast available. Close to Earls Court station, good area. The room was clean and functional.the bed was really comfortable..and the location is so easy to get to the underground (5 minutes walking) 3 lines go there. so Its easy to get everywhere from there. Convenience for Earls Court tube station and bars and restaurants. Easy access to Earls Court Tube Station. the mattress was pretty good.easy access to public transport. staff and help they offer. Cheap and convenient. not much. EFFICIENT PRICING AND EXCELLENT LOCATION TO EARLS COURT. Location. The position of the Hotel is very good. The staff were quite available,flexible and kind. It has a quiet environment and it's near to the Underground.well actually the only thing that i really considered great was the fact that the hotel is very well situated. access to undergroud and buses! access to shops and restaurants! nice neighbourhood! comfort of bed!. The close proximity to Earls Court underground station. its location near public transport. Budget accomodation; excellent location - very good access to the Earl's Court tube station which in turn is a one train journey to heathrow airport as well as easy quick access to Central London. Continental breakfast and wireless connectivity welcomed. near the venue and shops / food etc..Location is quite good. It was very near the underground.Only the location. location. Absolutely nothing.The only thing positive was the location. The description of "modern and tastefully decorated rooms" is sooo far from the truth as to be fraudulent. I would like the hotel inspected for cleanliness as it was exceptionally poor. There were broken items in all rooms-floor tiles, the window itself, the glass dome over the reading lamps. nothing. very poor hotel. Very dirty and noisy. location. location. they turn the heat off at night, this is not good.Bathrooms were a little dirty. The only thing is that the bathroom are to small and inneed to be refurbish. A very good breakfast, service and staff. No boiled eggs, bacon or extras available for breakfast. Very noisy from the train that runs behind. Was unable to sleep after the trains started going at 6am.El personal era un poco raro. Room was very small but otherwise clean and tidy. No tea/coffee making facilities in room. the shower head needed replaced.shaby ' on suite ' e.g. loose tiles on floor, not too clean. A bit grubby and a odour in the room. rooms were very shabby, breakfast was a joke, two slices of toast and watered down orange juice , tea and coffee is not a continental breakfast. Their system for payments was a disgrace. Loose wiring in the room. No tea/coffee making facilities.No tea/coffee in room, slightly shabby. The room was very small and not in good conditions. The bathroom wasactually a plastic cabin where it was difficult to fit for shower oranything else. The hairdryer had to be borrowed from the reception.There is no lift. Breakfast is very basic (toasts, butter and jam).The room (a room on the ground floor) is dark and too small for 3 persons. in fact what bothered me was the bathroom. It was old, the floor tiles were loose and there were used soap bars lying around from previous guests. Door of room not very safe locked, Bathroom not very good cared (smell and signs of mold), poor breakfast. Lack of a choice of English Breakfast. The room was pokey. Hotel looked run down and tired compaired to the other hotels in the street.very poor breakfast. The conditions of the bath room. Cramped environment. Damp room. Didnt have the same ambience as other hotels even on the same road! No lift (was on the 3rd floor, 4th if u count ground as 1st) and had to change hotels after 2 days. TV was small and grainy and there was no remote control even after complaining on the first night. Hotel could use a complete facelift. rooms needed to be decorated and toilet and shower where not up to scratch.breakfast to late at 8am for early starts.also not stated that their was a train line running behind the hotel and was it bit noisy as we had to have our window open due to staying in the summer.Yes!!!! The window in the room was broken, it was cold and there isunderground beside the hotel -> so it was very noisy, we need to buyearplugs!!!! Bathroom was very dirtiy. could not make a coffee, the tiles in the bathroom were all broken and chipped.size of the room, dirty walls, bath... Apart from the location just about everything was not as described-dirty, shabby, only a sheet over the mattress-no undersheet/cover, extreme damp/mould on the bedhead wall, dirty rooms, shower extracter not working, unhelpful staff, worn stair carpet, ripped wall paper...this hotel is totally misrepresented- your booking confirmation states "bedrooms are modern and tastefull designed."!!!!!!!!!!!. everything. cramped, looked dirty. very unmodern. wouldn't recomendit. Clearness. Cleanliness of room - it was absolutely disgusting. Stains on the walls, dried sick on the side of the divan beds and dirt everywhere. loudly (train from 6am to 0,30 am every 15 min), dirty, ruge meneger.
