Very comfortable: quite, high quality furnishing and interior, fully equipped with kitchen, dishwasher, and Laundry machine, iron ,..etc. Nice space for sitting and dinning. Overall very efficiently designed rooms. Also very convenient from many perspectives: Monument / Bank ug stations are 3 minutes walk, with direct access to 5 metro routes: Central, district, circle, northern, waterloo as well as dlr. Tesco metro groceries is almost 1 minute walk, and Sainsbury's is about 6 minutes walk. Sta.
所有评语 » Very comfortable and stylish accommodation. Everything you could want was included in the apartment. Staff were attentive. Better than staying at a hotel, would definitely stay here again. The room was beautiful with a fantastic view of the shard. The bed was huge and very comfortable. It would be perfect for a longe trip as the facilities were first rate. Staff member Rosie when out Of her way to make us comfortable. Room very comfortable. Fantastic Italian restaurant around the corner. Close to trains and supermarket. Convenient location, small, quiet, with fantastic facilities in room. 20 metres from front door to room door. Balcony with table and chairs. 24 hour concierge. Great room, friendly and helpful personell, and very nice location. High quality finishings and the balcony was a welcome fringe benefit. Apartment was much larger than you would expect from a typical hotel room Location was excellent, two minutes from Monument tube. Some taxis have hard time to find the place. So make sure to get a map and directions ready to show the taxi. Or better yet, take the ug to Monument station. Very small lobby; but who needs the lobby ?. I could hear people walking around the room upstairs occasionally, so not fully soundproof. It was quite difficult to find. Difficult to find. The picture of the room on the web site is not exactly what you might get. No info about London either in the room or in the foyer. Nothing. Unfortunately two nearby pubs were both closed. Luckily within a five minute walk there was a pub with a view of the Tower Bridge. Nothing negative at all - would definately book again. Nothing. It is right next to a bar/night club which was open till 4am, kept me up till then and woke my daughter. More quantity of complimentary beverages would have been nice. It would be great if the rooms contained also adapters/outlets suitable for laptops, camaras with European plugs. The smoke detector was just above where the kitchen hob is. Probably a wrong area. On the website it said I can check in at 1pm and when I got there the staff said I have to come back at 4pm.. I had to wonder around the city so when I came back at 4pm they told me I have to wait another hour.. That's not possible if you want to have custumers you need to improve your check in timeing.. Failing light and light switches More an appartment than a hotel room. Was disturbed by the company giving a viewing of the property, they were very apologetic but I would of expected them to ensure they showed an available apartment. equipment in kitchen is not plenty. Nothing - everything was perfect.... Small bathroom and font reception. Too many of the facilities either broken or malfunctioning. Housekeeping issues. Bins not emptied. Extra payment about what Im not informed from letsbookhotel.com ( depozit 150£ per room).
