Very impressed with the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Staff in the restaurant were courteous and friendly.
Bit of a trek up to the top floor with your suitcase, perhaps staff could offer to help older guests with this task.

It would be a good idea to have a towel rail - there are free-standing ones that could go in the bedroom, as opposed to 'plumbe din' ones inthe bathroom, where there is little space for them.Also, a place to put one's luggage would be good. This is usually a 'bench' at the end of the bed.

This is a great value for money small hotel. The staff were first class and the room was kept very clean. Excellent cooked breakfast. Great location in Paddington.
The only thing i can complain about is the room was very small.
Reception staff were very polite and helpfull.This also applied to the girls who served in the breakfast room who all made a point of welcoming guests each morning with a happy smile. The full english breakfast also made for a good start to the day with the option for additional toast and coffee if required.
Have stayed at this hotel three times and keep going back because of the sheer good value. However,this time got landed with a third floor bedroom which was a bit of a struggle as there are no lifts available.Hopefully however,this will be resolved for my next visit by simply making an earlier booking and not just the week before!

The daytime staff is very friendly, recognised me as guest who stayed there before.
During the night is very noisy with continous bell rings at the entrance from other hotel residents at the reception
