The black and white art decco, lovely comfortable beds, nice shower. The staff couldnt do enough for us,close to town centre and albert docks. They kept our cases in a room till our room was done then they took our cases up to our room ready for when we got back. The only thing is the room they kept our cases in wasnt locked so anybody could walk in, i would have liked a secure room. Early check in was great.All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would definatly recommend this hotel, and wou.
所有评语 » The staff were very friendly. The room was comfortable and very clean. I found the location excellent 2mins walk from central station and for those who know where the Adelphi is its only a minute walk from there. It is also cheaper. Although they are going through a major refurbishment at the moment I did not hear any real noise and I was in the room a different times of the day. I would personally recommend the hotel to friends and family and I will stay there every time I go to Liverpool. The staff were very helpful friendly and chatty, the hotel offered to look after our cases while my girlfriend and I did xmas shopping before going home. The hotel was excellent for cleanliness. Under 5 Minutes walk to Liverpool Lime Street, Central Station, and the city center, about 10 minute walk to Liverpool One shopping Complex. Freeview TV Air-con in the room was excellent and heated the room in a matter of minutes. Bed and the room in general were very comfortable and stylish. Having got such a good deal this hotel was way more than what was expected. It was perfect location for everything we visited Liverpool for. Shopping and nightlife. When entering the room i was very impressed at the high quality and standard of room, well decorated and my nights sleep was amazing. Did not want to get out of comfy bed. Nice bathroom and all amenities, hairdryer, docking station etc. Will only stay here now when visiting Liverpool. Stayed here for one night as needed a place to stay in the city centre. Right next to Liverpool lime street and about 5 mins from central station. Very modern interior and decor, basics like kettle hair dryer and shower gel etc. staff very friendly and will direct you to the very many restaurants that are near. Would stay again as good value for money and is directly in the city centre right near the university's, cathedrals and shops etc. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They advised us about the nightlife and where to go. They ensured the room was perfect for us. We asked for extra towels and they brought them up in a matter of minutes. The room was spacious and comfortable, and very clean. Location was perfect, everything is in walking distance. We can't wait to come back!. This is the second time I have been to this hotel and both times the service has been fab along with the staff as they are very polite. The hotel in general is in a perfect location right in the centre of Liverpool and very good value for money, it is a very modern hotel and would recommend any of my friends to stay at this hotel. Receptionists were friendly and very helpful. Good location! We love the modern design of the hotel and the room we had too. Parking was just behind the hotel. Be prepared to pay £12/overnight (though we managed to get a good discount for 2 days). No breakfast as the restaurant was being renovated. We'd be glad to come back!. Double room on second floor. Very close to the tube station, beautifully furnished, decent bathroom. The gentleman that checked us in joked with us and gave us reccomendations with a map as we were new to Liverpool. TV, free wifi, tea and coffee. Would definitely use this hotel again. I stayed here, thought value for money was excellent only downfall was that the restaurant and bar was undertaking building work, meaning it was closed however saying that the bars and clubs where near by, would recommend staying again when in the city!. The location is great if anybody know where the Adelphi is the hotel is about a minute walk from there. Its less than a five minute walk from central station and just because of a busy road you needd to cross. I think it offers better value for money. we liked the rooms very modern and spacious, plenty of tea ,coffee supplied in the rooms . we also liked the very friendly staff who were most helpful, gave us lots of information of the area, very comfy beds, even irons and ironing boards. The staff were very friendly and helpful and this was genuine- the hotel was undergoing refurbishment, but this did not disrupt our stay- the attached restaurant was good best burger we have had- breakfast was good too. Location was excellent and despite the hotel being on a main road it was very quiet. Rooms were great, spacious, clean and modern and had everything that we needed. Couldn't fault this hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were excellent and friendly, very helpful. Rooms were spotless and the shower was superb!! Underfloor heating in bathroom. Excellent and comfortable! Right in the city centre, no need for taxis or buses!!. My mum was worried about me because I am special needs and this was the first time I travelled with a friend. THe staff were very helpful and kind an they made sure that I understood them when they talked to me. Everything. Excellent staff and service, beautiful rooms, very very clean and comfortable. Great location and as its in the central, there isn't free parking but wasn't a problem as we found a cheap one nearby. Really close to centre station and lime st station for trains and queen sqiare for buses. really lovely interior of the hotel. rooms were comfy and warm. shower was really powerful and warm and clean!!. I stay here everytime i come to liverpool and value for money. Just a few minutes walk from the railway station & handy for bars, clubs & restaurants. Liverpool 1 shopping area close by as well. Staff were friendly and helpful. excellent location, close to everything so no need for taxis evening meal was excellent and definitely worth a try staff friendly and helpful would definitely stay again. We arrived early and the room wasn't ready but the staff prepared it within the hour while we went for something to eat, staff were excellent. second visit...went back because of comfort & location...staff very friendly & efficient....room airy & spacious with COMFY beds. Hotel was less than 10 min walk away. It was also very close to the city centre. Really great room. Had everything you need. Excellent location right in the heart off the city. Clean and comfortable. Helpful & friendly staffs, great location, nice bathroom with very strong water pressure, good value for money. Stayed here lots of times as we love this hotel rooms are great and the staff are always friendly and very helpful. staff outside door smoking when we got there, although i know staff need a smoke break but there was about 4 in the doorway blocking our way in, which didnt give us a good 1st impression, it was a hot day so had all windows open on stairs and there was loads of flies flying round on staircase. Unfortunately due to refurbishment no WiFi access in room, but had no problem in bar/restaurant area. Due to refurbishment the bar/restaurant service was not available, but due to excellent situation in city center finding restaurants was not a problem. Due to renovation the cafe/restaurant below was closed however just down the road at 87 Renshaw is a gorgeous little cafe and great value for money. Ate here for breakfast and lunch over the two days. I love biscuits with my brew but there wasn't any unfortunately! Only thing that could be added!. nothing!. There were some staining on the floor and a towel but that's pretty much the only complaint. It will be even better when the restaurant is finished. Due to the major refurb the resturant and bar is not open thats the only thing that might be a draw back at this time. the only down side was not being able to use the bar and restaurant because of renovations , but that will be soon finished and we are sure it will be nice as was everything else. and the other thing was no lift . unfortuneately the air con was not working and it was unbearably hot and stuffy and the window would not open-round toilet seat on a square toilet does not work for women especially! but would still consider staying there again- we are planning to visit liverpool in the next few month. The bar had not a great selection of drink or food, but again staff were super. The 11 am check out wasn't ideal. That was the only down point, but I struggled to find one!!. Nothing apart from the a/c not working. We were allowed to use the microwave even though the restaurant was shut!. our room was on side of a pub/bar and their bottle bins i were quite noisy in the night. nothing to keep us awake though. Restaurant wasn't open on the day we went, not sure why. room was cold at night turned the heat air con off but got cold air in night. quilts very thin. Hotel situated on a busy street so rooms at the front of the hotel can be a bit noisy. We were woken by the sound of police sirens at 3am but you'll get that in any city centre location.bar did run out of draught lager, so had to drink bottles not a big deal really. Hotel was in the middle of a lot of lively pubs. Hotel was going through renovation and the restaurant was closed so no breakfast or other meals were available. However plenty of options close by so it wasn't a big deal. Our only minor complaint was that there was no soap in the bathroom! This could have been an oversight and there was plenty of shampoo to compensate... Room would be quite noisy particularly on weekends but not an issue if you're there for Liverpool nightlife or don't mind sleeping with ear plugs :). Nothing particular. During are stay the restaurant was being refurbished. Our only problem was we would have rather give our money to them than eat anywhere else. Few cracks in the bath tiles but not a big problem. no breakfast available but supermarkets just down the road. Nothing to dislike. Air conditioning was broke, they put a fan in our room but it was inadequate due to the hot weather. missed breakfast 'next door' due to extension of accommodation. no negatives at all!. Loud generator if windows were open at night, but its our own fault for not mastering the aircon. And loud floor boards which spread to hall, can sound as though people on the landing are stomping in your room. But only for brief strides as they reach their room. No real common area to sit other than room but no big issue given Bold Street has many cafes. everything was alright. Our air con wasn't working. It was absolutely roasting hot. We were provided with fans but they were not great!. Noises from extractor outside the building. There isnt anything we can find that we do not like.
