  This was an excellent place to stay in Cornwall and really cheap for the standard of accommodation outside peak times. Very close to St Merryn and Padstow both of which have brilliant places to eat.   The accommodation was within a stunning location, next to a secluded beach area with beautiful views from any angle. The accommodation as clean and has very good communal areas i.e. living area and kitchen. The staff were very friendly and the hostel provided a very good atmosphere. Finally it is extremely good quality for money, i would highly recommend. - The location is amazing, right on the cliff top, just a short walk to 2 beautiful beaches. There was a great atmosphere on the Friday evening in the beer garden, overspilling onto the cliff top. The staff were very friendly and obliging. The breakfast team seemed short staffed (just 1) but he was calm and helpful and efficient (lots of people would have turned into Basil Fawlty). Good food too. Would definitely stay again. The kids loved it.

Superb views over countryside to the sea from our room. Pippa was very helpful explaining the local restaurants in Padstow and the surrounding area. We had a great time and sad that it wasn't longer. We look forward to returning soon.
