This is a small 'family'-run guest-house/b'n'b. The room I was in (#4) was large, pleasant and light. It had a tea tray, fridge, tv en suite, desk everything you could want. there was Wi-Fi I was pleased to remain unconnected. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and made sure you had information you needed. A great place to stay in Belfast.

On arrival we were made to feel very welcome, our room was very clean and we had plenty of fresh towels.The beds were very comfortable and the staff did all they could to make us comfortable.
