  For cheap, budget accomodation with a friendly welcome I don't think you can get any better.The room was sparkling clean, bathroom and shower immaculate and piping hot water.All staff friendly but a mention to Mike who set us up for the day with a brilliant breakfast - cheers Mike.   If your looking to stay in a 5 star hotel, this is not it. But for the tariff, this hotel is a little gem in Manchester. The staff were very helpful the continental breakfast was very good. Rooms were clean and adequately supplied with tea and coffeee making facilties. Big and clean room. Complimentaru fair trade coffee, tea,chicolate. In the clean big bathroom there were even body lotions! Breakfast rich and plentiful. A real bargain for this price.
