  Home from home. Really good amenities. Really happy that I rec'd a phone call and text about the hotel etc. Really pleased with that personal touch to our stay. - Close to the Liver building and local restaurants and bars. Comfortable surroundings and facilities good.

  The staff were helpful, room was nice, kitchen was fully equipped, perfect location, brilliant value for money, breakfast included in price, free computers/internet, stayed in 6 bed dorm and was very happy with the shared shower/toilet, towels provided, interior was not hostel like -more like a hotel, everything was great! - we were a loud enough... 别人怎么说 » bunch of lads playing loud music 90% of the time and didn't have one complaint from the extremely friendly staff. they didn't seem to mind us bringing home "strays" and they also met all of our requests (to an extent) and also they had no problem with us missing the check out time on our last day.
