  The apartment we stayed in was big and comfortable, definitely good value for money. Everything was working properly, save the light on the bathroom cabinet and sometimes the TV receiver (a bad connection maybe?). Did not use kitchen appliances so cannot say but they looked clean and pristine. The "self check-in" worked smoothly.   Before booking in we received a friendly phonecall from the receptionist called Jill - who was there on our check-in.There are not enough words to describe how amazingly brilliant, helpful and thoughtful she was at making our stay so enjoyable. We went up to do a bunjee jump off the Transporter Bridge and her support was inavaluable. Th - The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, especially the blond lady who worked weekends. She went beyond the call of duty to help us with places to visit and even typed out directions how to get there as well as to shopping areas. The carvery next door had excellent food and good service. There was 30 minutes of free WIFI per day which was sufficient for our needs. There was ample parking.
