  環境方便 - Very friendly lady on reception; lovely clean comfortable room, very spacious. Very clean bathroom! Would definitely recommend, and stay there again! - The friendliness of the staff on reception and easy distance from New street Station. We will certainly stay here if we visit Birmingham again.

  The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful when we needed anything. The room was, although tiny, was very clean, with the bed being very comfortable. The hotel was a 5 min walk from the theatre, and 10 mins away from town centre, which was very handy.   舒适整洁安静 - This was my second stay here (and I've booked for a third in September) and it was as good as the first time. Friendly staff, good food, nice beer and a very clean and comfortable bed. - The staff were very pleasant and very helpful. Also they were cheerful.
