I booked this hotel as a Xmas present for my partner along with tickets to a show at MEN, the hotel was beautiful, comfortable and the staff were professional, helpful and attentive nothing was too much trouble for them. We went to the hotel bar after the show which was intimate,comfortable and once again excellent service from the staff. All in all our stay was wonderful and we will definately be staying here again in the not too distant future x

the apartment was bright and modern, nice and clean, towels were provided along with complimentary tea ,coffee, sugar and milk, there was also a " survival pack" in the bathroom with toiletries in which was a nice touch.
