I cannot commend the staff at the Quay enough, they were so helpful and polite and did their best to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. The food in the bar/lounge was excellent, it was simple food but done to a high standard in my opinion. I would definitely stay here again, the 24 hour room service was very useful too. This will not stop us staying there again in the future .We had a wonderful weekend .

A lovely hotel with a very welcoming atmosphere . The staff were really helpful, when we had a probem it was dealt with quickly and in a friendly way. Both the bedroom and bathroom were clean and spacious. The cooked breakfast was delicious. - Good food, friendly staff, good location,good sized bedroom
