  My partner and I have stayed at the Cae Mor twice. We like it so much that we are spending Valentines weekend there. The rooms that we have stayed in have been superb!! The decor is opulent yet understated and rooms are incredibly spaceous. The Management and the staff of the Cae Mor couldn't be any more friendly and helpful.   Amazing welcome! The lovely helpful man on reception addressed me by my name as I walked in and couldn't be more helpful! Perfect seafront location and a few minutes walk away from where I was working at the Venue Cymru for the weekend. Free parking and a lift down to the car park was helpful. Made sure I made it down to breakfast on the second day and wasn't disappointed! The s - Room had a lovely sea view and close to town and was walking distance to Orme and tram ride to summit. Weather was beautiful and a lot going on with the Victorian Extravaganza weekend. Breakfast was adequate and staff were attentive.The new owners having been there for only six months were striving to improve hotel and with the refurbishments they have done have improved the presentation immensley.   Thank you - excellent all around - it ooooozzzzes quality from furnishings, food, entertainment, staff... The list goes on and on. Bristling with friendly, professional staff who give the impression they are really happy being there - surely an excellent sign! So often, nowadays, it is all "down to a price" instead - The hotel is well located on the promenade and close to the shops and Great Orme. We had a twin room (38) at the rear. It was well appointed and although there was not a great deal of space it was certanly adequate. The furniture was of good quality as was the decor. The bathroom was not large but modern and clean. The hotel's public rooms and restaurant were of a good standard. The breakfast was excellent. I would certainly reccomend the hotel and would happily stay there again.

  I cannot commend the staff at the Quay enough, they were so helpful and polite and did their best to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. The food in the bar/lounge was excellent, it was simple food but done to a high standard in my opinion. I would definitely stay here again, the 24 hour room service was very useful too.   A lovely hotel with a very welcoming atmosphere . The staff were really helpful, when we had a probem it was dealt with quickly and in a friendly way.
