  We were very happy with the staff and with our stay, the staff were lovely and friendly, also great company. They were very helpful and very understandable.   The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The rooms was 10/10 very clean and comfortable. It was also very quiet and no loud disturbances.   From when i entered the hotel i was greeted by the owner,he was very polite and paid attention to me,he checked me in then offered to carry my bag to the room,he also showed me to the room. The room was very clean,it was at the rear of the building.   We had a lovely stay at Bamford House for two nights. A warm welcome right from the start with Helen having her car moved so we could park on the street! Warm and friendly owners, good sized comfortable and cosily decorated room with tea, coffee and hot chocolate making facilities plenty of supplies and biccies, comfortable bed, spotlessly clean bathroom great shower and large fluffy white towels and with a decent selection of toiletries. Had an en suite which was a good size. Comfortable bed. Big tv and our own keys to come and go as we wanted. Great location and the breakfast was nice and plenty of it. Best part is the owners didn't bother you and left you to it but was still about if needed. AAA***
