  Really liked the 'home from home' feeling, and although small, the apartment was really well designed and comfortable with all you'd need for a City break or business trip. In a great position with a short walk to everything Clifton Village has to offer. A wonderful oasis. And of course the location, in Clifton, is a stones throw away from all the shopping one needs. The host could not have been more accommodating and helpful.

Staff couldn't have been more attentive and professional - little touches helped like giving my son a kiddie's pack on arrival and a voucher for room service milk and cookies. Breakfast was brilliant, lots of choice and again great service and staff were really knowledgeable about the area. Pool and spa were immaculate and really nice, room was good size, well furnished, everything worked. It was a super hotel.

  Very friendly welcome by Ashley/David - arrangements for access were excellent. Location/access to Bristol City Centre and also to water boat taxi very good. The cook was standing near the buffet and we had an excellent chat about vegetarian foods. The hotel is an excellent hotel overall, and the room was spectacular. The staff were super professional and friendly, and I greatly enjoyed it. The bar and lounge area were a great place to meet colleagues or to just sit and read quietly.

  I booked this hotel for my 73 year old mum. Initially she was on the 6th floor (there is no lift). As soon as she mentioned it they moved her to the first floor. She thought the staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. She thought the hotel was spotlessly clean with lovely rooms and decor. The rooms weren't quite as nice but perfectly acceptable. The wifi was good but you have to pay for it and it doesn't reach the bedrooms - only available in the communal areas. Location is fantastic.

The rooms were very clean and tastefully decorated, and the location was great for both a day at the shops and a night on the town! I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.
