  Great greeting from staff although pub very busy. Helpful and polite staff all round. Super setting by canal. Small but perfectly formed single room with everything you could need. Bathroom VERY small but manageable. Good clear information in the room. Room was spotless. Average continental breakfast served by very pleasant young lady. Nice location, convenient for the NEC - and nice to get away from the exhibition halls to the country and canalside location.

  At the time I stayed at the hotel they were in the process of redecorating the main hall and most of the bedrooms. However, this work was being carried out in a manor that did not disturb the guests. My room was very nice, clean and well presented. Nice large screen TV with freeview so plenty of channels to choose from. I was able to use my wireles... 别人怎么说 » s laptop (via BT openzone) which was useful. My only criticism is that there were no spare toilet rolls in the bathroom. - Professional flexible and helpful staff, who made organising our stay(which included a funeral 'reception') easy and stress-free. Good menufor borh breakfast and evening meal.

  The staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. The hotel is obviously of a very high standard but it was the staff not the furnishings that really made my stay! - Friendly staff, comfortable and modern rooms
