Wimberley house was very clean, you got breakfast in your room which was nice as you could eat when you wanted too, staff were lovely especially on the last day when we went back to collect our case and the lady gave us a lift back into town which really helped. Wimberley House was in a lovely quite area which was about 20 mins walk from the town centre. Highly recommend. We liked the fact that we arrived at Inverness at 9 pm really tired and everything was really clean, comfortable and ready to rest. Tha breakfast was included with yougurths, milk jam butter fruit cereals and coissants coffe and tea making facilities. Everything was new and the bathroon (ensuite) was perfect.

A front-door key, so I was able to go out for food without worrying about having to have returned by any particular time. Debit card taken for payment. Good size room. Nice neighbourhood. Parking just outside the door. Very helpful owner - June was excellentely nice. Cute breakfast solution. Great with a small fridge in the room. Very good wi-fi. We'll surely book it again if we ever go back to Inverness. Very nice house, well located and clean. Room was beautiful and well decorated. Breakfast is pack of croissants with instant coffee and juice. It was nice to have included in the price although the table in the bedroom was very small and shaky. Our hostess was very friendly and accomodating, the room was well appointed. House was situated in a quiet area and there was parking for the car. No restrictions, we could come and go as we wanted. Very clean. Comfy mattresses and linens. Small but clean and very accessible en suite. Great value for money. Lovely continental breakfast - and plenty of it. Really comfortable, nice decor, very welcoming, breakfast already in room (milk, butter, jam and juice in fridge) which was novel and worked fine for me. Owners were friendly. Room lovely. Bedroom and en suite were exceptionally clean. Excellent for an overnight business stay. The silent fridge was fab. This is a B&B, not a hotel. I did not realize that when I booked it, but it was fine. I tend not to stay at B&Bs. Great pub a block away. The room was ideal with all the mod cons and a superb large comfy bed for the night. The location was perfect to see the city. immaculate rooms, fridge in room, breakfast all set up in room, all the extra items just made this place very high standard.. The location was a 10 minute walk to downtown. The rooms were very clean & tidy! The Continental breakfast was good!. An all round clean and friendly place to stay in the scottish highlands. Would highly recommend. Easy to find, parking on site, host friendly and helpful. Room was clean, and facilities good. I arrived late but it was not a problem. The only thing I would like to have was a doorbell. Super good place to stay. Hosts were helpful about local advice. Everything. the house and the room were beautiful, interior design was well-finished. The owners were kind. Very clean room, comfortable bed, nice shower. Cleanliness. The room was clean and tidy. Maybe a bit far from the city center, this was not a problem for us, as we were travelling by car. The breakfast had to be taken in your own room, in my opinion it would have been great to have a couple of chairs with a table, as we had armchairs and a small table but it was not reaaly comfortable. Nothing to dislike. Sadly, we couldn't get hold of a double bed, but I guess we were just too late with booking. We didn’t get to know the name of the host, which was a little weird for us. It was a little bit far away from town for a non driver, but I knew that before I booked, so not really a negative. Nothing to dislike. Nothing. nothing at all.. Someone came home at 1AM and made a lot of load noise in the kitchen. Our room was next to the kitchen. Slightly confusion over the entry. I think I'm nit-picking as I was tired and it was dark. nothing. nothing. No toast or cooked breakfast. Room a little small. Bathroom is very small and unsuitable for person of larger statue. 1) sink is too small 2) shower activation is odd 3) breakfast is just cold food. may be smell of food into our rooms. Nothing. The site lists the location as a ten minute walk to downtown Inverness. The reality is that it is a 30+ minute walk to town. Rooms are on the small side. Their sign was obscured by their own hedge, and we drove right past it. Shower only, no tub. Barely adequate continental breakfast that we had to eat in our own room. Nothing. We arrived at 5.15 but the front door was locked and there was no reply to the door bell. When I phoned, the proprietress told me she was in the shower. A notice on the front saying that she would be back shortly, whether she was showering or shopping, would have been a comfort. This, in no way, detracted from our most enjoyable stay at the Wimberley. I am just suggesting that a notice would be helpful. the room was too strict, no place for big suitcases. Owner was not in when we arrived so left key out for us; it would have been nice to be welcomed and told a little about the B&B and town. Owner had a dog which was not mentioned before we arrived; not a problem for us but might put some people off. Breakfast ok but poor compared to other B&Bs. Sink in bathroom was too small to be used for an effective wash. Her own website offered £35 B&B, but through letsbookhotel.com she said breakfast was not included. Amazingly, she did not think to offer a piece of toast or at least a cup of coffee - an attitude that gives tourism in Scotland a bad name. The room was described as spacious which it was not. The large window opened onto a road requiring the blinds to be drawn all of the time. The bathroom was the size of a wardrobe. Considering the size of the room, the location the lack of a breakfast I think this was grossly overpriced and would NOT recommend it to any one else.
