The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the restaurant next to the hotel was good, although on the second day they seemed unable to cope with the amount of people there, most things had been depleted and were only replenished after asking for it. I liked the fact that the hotel was very quiet and even away from the noise of traffic. I also thought the reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly. My breakfast was delicious, and again the staff were really friendly and helpful. Top marks!.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Inverness is a great place from which to explore The Highlands. The location next to the A9 was ideal for our visit.Staff were very helpful & friendly. The room was noisy due to a busy street closeby and the floors/doors were very creaky and loud. The internet was down for two days and even though the staff called the responsible company several times it was not fixed (it costs three pounds extra per 24 hours). There is a bus connection to the city but it's not the best, a car is recommended. Nothing that would put us off staying, but some biscuits with beverage tray in room & totally Free WiFi - not just 30 minutes. Sorry cant think of any negatives. Selfish people slamming bedroom doors late in the evening, but no fault of the hotel !!. We loved this hotel, will go back. Long corridors seemed a little endless. Many doors to go through, but our room was at the end of the line. Perhaps that gave us a little more quiet in the long run. Pricey for a travel lodge. WiFi free for 30 nins only. If I had one single criticism it would be that there were no toiletries in the room. I'm so used to complimentary toiletries that it never occurred to me I'd have to take shower gel with me. Nothing. Nothing. It was slightly out of the town centre but still within reach by car. Bit pricey. Extractor fan in the room stayed on too long and was disturbing. There is no laundry service even if I wanted to pay for it. felt the rooms were well over priced compared to priced advertised in media. Nothing. nothing. Lack of facilities. only one chair in the room. no security box in the room or reception. the car park is not enough for all the customer. Feeling silly by not realising where the temperature control was. no airconditioning. High price , no soap or shampoo. Distance from the places we were visiting. Everything was fine. Sorry can't fault. Restaurant next door was really poor quality. Door alarms going off in the middle of the night and how far we had to walk to get to our room with small kids and suitcases. The hairdryer was faulty & dangerous, when my daughter tried to use it sparks were coming from it & the switch fell off, we were told it had been repaired, but it wasn't we went & bought a new one to use. Food quality pretty minimal. Having to pay for wi-fi The breakfasts were not good value No drinking water? Closer to town would have been better. We had two rooms-my sisters bed the slats had slipped/broken and there was no bedding supplied, they asked someone to come fix, which they thought they had...but wasn't fixed correctly!. Not so helpful breakfast staff. Bit run down feeling..but maybe because we've recently stayed in a new Premier inn that felt so much cleaner and brighter.. Overpriced (100 pounds) for what it is, a cheap hotel. No amenities really. Tv barely worked. No phones in room. Location is not great and you definitely need a car. Strange layout in the hotel where you have to walk a long way to get through some rooms and have to open like 4 fire doors along the way, which is annoying when you have luggage. The restaurant next door has ok breakfast, but not very good food otherwise and there are no other food options around. The staff on checking in were completely unhelpful. The booking was for my colleagues which I had booked and given my card details for to pay, as I do with all letsbookhotel.com hotel reservations. When my colleagues checked in the staff member refused to accept my card as payment, even when I was speaking to her on the phone and was prepared to give my card details in person. She insisted she could only accept a fax!!!??!! This is 2013 does anyone still use faxes???. Price of breakfast , corridor could be noisy, very basic for the price. It was freezing. The hotel needs refurbishment. relation price-facilities.
