Great Price, Nice Staff, Had Parking Spaces, Good Breakfast Selection,Nice Location. Ease of access to public transportation - less than 10 mins walk to Turnham Green. Close to shops. Great location and surrounds. Friendly staff members.Hotel is in the middle of an upgrade. Our room was excellent. Breakfast room was a bit small and crowded. We were looked after by the staff, always eager to help.Nice personnel, clean rooms. Tasty cookies to accompany tea/coffe making facilities in the room - small but very nice gesture. It felt like home.Cleanliness, peace and quiet, car parking availability, breakfast, arrangements, friendliness of staff. Friendly staff, size of rooms, deccent breakfast. wide choice of services. Shower - difficult to control the water temperature and level. A little bit noisy but bearable. It was very hot in the room. A small thing -I needed a small second pillow but the ones available were much too big. retricted parking access, clarity of name when approaching from A4 roundabout. Small breakfast room and limited choices for continental breakfast. not a great breakfast - limited choice, cold coffee. I would prefer if the breakfast area was not so near the reception but it was not a major problem. building work in progress. TVs in our rooms didn't work. Shower was stuck on very hot and so we couldn't use it. No tea bags on our room. This hotel needs to pay more attention to these details. Was not aware that they were carrying out extensive buliding work.Our room was noisy and hot. we couldn't shut the window in our room so was a bit cold. Bathroom could do with upgrade. Bacon should be included in English breakfast.No hot water in the bathroom. Room we were first put in was being refurbished and looked a mess. However, the room we were then put in was very good.My room was a bit small. the hotel was very hot inside even with windows open, which made it v noisy, stil too hot even though radiator was not on. the bed was very unconfortable but was changed on my second night. I didn't get much sleep and there was no kitchen as described on your website - Also internet access was not free as advertised on your website. room too hot and very noisy. In the middle of renovation, carpet looked worn, breakfast very basic. We identified a serious gas leak to the night staff who were completely unconcerned. We contacted 999 who notified the gas supplier, a gasman arrived with leak tester, confirmed large leak, isolated problem, so we could finally go to bed at 1.30am. Day staff excellent given no record of incident in diary. We have informed environmental health! Some staff need training!. Hotel room smelt of mould!. rather shabby, had to walk thru street to an annexe and the room was rather in need of redecoration, old bed. no bathroom ventilation, using Premier or even Travelodge as reference this hotel was poor, although did offer breakfast.Attitude of the staff to a potentially dangerous situation (ie a gas leak) at one o'clock in the morning. They would call out any emergency services and this had to be done by another guest. We were left outside for an hour and a half and in the morning given no recompense for our inconvenience. The staff were lacking in any kind of customer service. The lady greeting us on reception on arrival did not even smile, which you'd think is the least you could expect on checking into a hotel. The sealant surrounding the bath was grotty, and some patches on the carpets in the bathrooms were mouldy. Not very nice.The services and organization.
