Karl and his team were excellent and couldn't do enough to help us. The children's facilities were brilliant and the room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Thanks to the team for providing us with an early breakfast and for cleaning our bedroom later in the day at our request. I would recommend the Premier Inn in High Wycombe to anyone with no hesitations. the staff went out of their way to ensure that we got our boys to bed on our late arrival before handling the check in which was great. everyone was so friendly we were made to feel immediately at home. the inclusive breakfast was amazing, room spotless and dining room so comfortable. Would definitely recommend!.
所有评语 » The girl on Reception was new but was very calm when she had difficulty checking us in and we could even joke about it with her. The room was of a good size and very clean. We had an excellent meal in the restaurant in the evening. We slept well and had a nice breakfast from the wide range available. The hotel was fine but all the staff - reception, dining room, cleaning staff - were quite outstandingly helpful, polite and welcoming, and gave a very positive impression. The service was worthy of a much more upmarket hotel. Recruitment and training, and presumably management, must be very good. The well-trained spontaneous staff who enjoyed a laugh but delivered 100%. Good friendly atmosphere, and all the usual Premier extras, such as a room which works for you and an unexpected treat - a shortcrust pastry Beef and Ale pie in a lovely restaurant - one of the best I've ever eaten. Staff were great, breakfast excellent, rooms clean and comfortable beds. Location spot on, even though room overlooked road and the arches with train , not a sound to be heard. Covered in car park value for money excellent. Would throughly recommend. Well trained, happy, alert, intelligent, engaged staff making sure that guests were well looked after all the time, without that dreadful American "have a nice day" plastic sincerity. These are people who know how to laugh as well as smile!. I found the hotel to be very well set up. It was close to shops. The breakfast was regularly replenished, with plenty of choice. Every staff member that I spoke to were extremely pleasant and eager to help with any request. The Premiere Inn in High Wycombe was a very comfortable Hotel with a homly feeling. The staff were excellent and could not do enough for us. All the shops, cinema, bowling are within 5 minutes walk which is a great bonus. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel was conveniently located.Breakfast was good quality and the coffee and tea facility excellent. Very helpful art reception -they checked us in early as we had a weding to go to and needed to change first. nothing seemed to be too much trouble for the staff - they went out of thier way to be helpful. Good moder hotel. We had to pay to park next to the hotel, paying the full 24 hour rate of £6. As we were only parked for about 15 hours, this seemed unfair. By using a keycard system, it made it impossible for one of us to stay in the room while the other went out. Our waitress, whilst we had dinner, was unfortunately very over the top and we could not wait for her to go away. She also had a very irritating and patronising style of voice, giving an air of insincerity. The IT system could have allowed us to pay for meals on one bill at checkout, rather than having to do it each time we decided to eat in. Parking was a bit of a hassle. I had to leave! Next time I'll find a reason to stay longer!. The was nothing to dislike. NOthing fell short of the highest expectations. There really wasn't anything that I did not like. The only thing is, I would have liked there to be an alarm clock or clock radio. Could have had a bigger Premier Inn sign at the turnoff. I missed the junction!. Finding the hotel was difficult as the postcode was not yet recognised by our gps. Clear directions on your website would be helpful. Difficulty finding the hotel with SatNav. Difficulty parking, hotel's spaces full so alternative of multi-story next door. Impossible to find access to carpark. Not enough milk or coffee in room and only 1 set of towels. Asked for another set but it didn,t arrive. Couldn't open the window in room at the back (fcaing the railway line) so we had aircon on whole time. Could not fault. Booking a room for four persons and only having 3 beds! Unhelpful and miserable member of reception staff during booking in procedure. Not being made aware of car parking charges. Very hard to negotiate the on one way traffic system in town!. Difficulty in finding the hotel!. Hot meals on cold plates. Poor signage through hotel location signage through High Wycombe. Slow internet. Car parking facilities limited. Although we were not needing disabled facilities, we were booked into a room with disabled facilities. This was not a problem, but it struck us that the bath/shower would not have been easy for a disabled person to use, having recently had a disabled relative staying with us. A wet room shower with a seat would have been better. I did enjoy the longer bath though. Shower took ages to get warm. Nothing to say. Wifi was really slow. Three out of four cars in disabled parking bays were not displaying badges. I doubt whether they were staying in the hotel. Idrew the attention of the staff to this and I understand parking will be better controlled. perhaps due to a shortage of staff, calls to reception didn't get answered quickly. but when they did get answered, service was very fast and very friendly. No real parking facility, or rather the hotel has a few parking bays but you have to pay for them. When they run out you have to use the multi-story next door. soap dispensers in bath / sink. nothing. Sunday Breakfast was stressfull and busy. Staff did try there best to keep food and people going. No problems at all. Restaurant was closed Sunday lunchtime had to have an alternative wasn't as nice as premier inn menu. Small car park hard to find. could not open the window in the room at all. Very stuffy. Breakfast to expensive. The quality of the rump steak, which was inedible. Not the chef's fault. The food buyer bought a cheap cut. None. Terrible view out onto rear urban wasteland.
