I can say that my stay at Ashwood house was amazing, as the staff is so polite, attentive to all requests and always ready to help. The room with single bed was very clean, bright and warm, WIFI was working without any problems. The bathroom is just perfect, the shower cabin was very new and had a modern design. The breakfast had a variety to choose from cornflakes to proper english breakfast, no one could stay hungry after it :) I will strongly recomend to stay in this hotel to everyone and v.
所有评语 » I thought the hotel was very well suited for people wanting to visit Harrogate or attending a conference or exhibition. Even though I was in a single room it was light and airy and the en suite shower was exceptionally clean, very high standard. Breakfast was nicely cooked as well as cereals available. Parking may well be a problem in the summer but I used the car park behind the hotel and had no problems. Owners very welcoming. No parking problem outside hotel. Room very clean and comfortable. Breakfast freshly cooked and nice coffee! Easy walking distance to low Harrogate area - Pump Rooms, Valley Gardens, Conference Centre-yet very quiet unlike our experience in town centre hotels. We were greeted by the owner who was very friendly & warm. The room was large, well decorated & clean. Breakfast was served on a warm plate & there was a good choice. We would definitely stay there again. Very comfortable and welcoming stay Breakfast was lovely Room very nice and a great nights sleep no noise at all And Anita (hope i got that right) was soooo friendly. Pleasant host, excellent breakfast, the room was clean and comfortable. Within easy walking distance of the shops. A really nice room, staff were very welcoming and made our stay very enjoyable. Friendly and wecolming, very comfortable. Breakfast excellent. location/ staff/ cleanliness/service at breakfast/. Very clean and large room. I would have liked the towels to be replaced each day, I was there for three nights and I think its a lot to ask a person to get dry with towels which were not fresh, having said that I didnt speak to the owners about this and I'm sure they would have changed them if I'd made a fuss. Nothing to dislike. Nothing. small single bed. it would have been nice to have had some soap in the bathroom as I only tend to take shower gel with me when travelling. Would have been nice to have a bigger bathroom. not enough lighting in corner of dressing table. quilt cover not big enough had to use blanket. Nothing.
