The bar is comfortable and it is a pleasure to take a drink in there. The restaurant is also pleasant and the food is - staff were very friendly and made you welcome. good value for money and the food was excellent and never miss the full breakfast. Big thankyou to Jo, nothing was ever to much trouble for her. First time we stayed at a premier inn and will not be the last.

  Hannah was really helpful in arranging keys for us a bit earlier due to the timing of our attendance at a wedding. Excellent location, handy for Yarm High Street and perfect for what we needed for 2 x couples. Modern, well furnished apartment and breakfast pack was helpful! Good value and helpful, friendly staff when we collected the keys. Hoped to make it to the res - Fantastic place, no faults wot so ever, idealy close to all amenities,, can't wait to go back,, just like home from home, I would definite ly recommend these apartments to friends and family, well worth the price ,, had a fabulous time, staff/owners are so friendly and will help you promptly , I asked 4 a iron and a brand new one was there waiting for me,just a little txt and they will help you as much as poss,, thanx 4 a brilliant stay ,,
