Loved the space the apartment had! Was more a house than a mansion! Also the facilities we had, dishwasher,washing machine etc and the fact they left us products to use facilities like dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, rubber gloves.
It is realy a nice apartment with big rooms and adequate facilities. It's staff are very kind and helpful. I recommend this apartment for families and groups. 所有 评语 »
Very large rooms and clean enough (slight marks on the flooring). Would defiantly stay here again and would recommend to friends and family. Thank you ;)).
The staff,location,view and stuff they provided for cooking~such as cooking oil,salt,pepper,sugar and breakfast cereal.
Clean, comfortable, huge and excellent value. Could not believe the size of the place! So warm as well.
3 bedrooms , 3 bathrooms.
Nice touches like good shampoos etc., and also tea/coffee/hot chocolate/biscuits in the kitchen.
Flat was warm and very central.
Three small bedrooms (twin size beds only) with 3 bathrooms. Living room is very spacious. I prefer more spacious bedrooms with bigger beds.

Would have been good to have a TV in Living Room and can't understand why there isn't one as there is an aerial socket. There should be seating for up to 7 people in l/room as only 2 small sofas provided seating 4 in total. Put some pictures on the walls as is very bland otherwise. There were no instructions for how to operate heating and hot water.

There was no housekeeping service. Showers in the bathrooms needed maintenance. It is quite a walk to Princess Street and the Royal Mile. U need taxi to get there with kids.
The apartments were not at all like the photos, it was more like a hostel with mismatched bits of furniture. The shower did not drain properly and there are no mirrors for blow drying your hair etc except in bathrooms!!.
