The rooms are quite new and clean, and the kitchen with everything you need will help a lot if you want to make a breakfast. Great location, near to the castle hill and the old city.
every think really,the staff were great,location,the people from Edinburgh were so helpful,injoyable stay.
Great, new accommodation. Lots of shelves and closet space. Fairly quiet for sleeping.

There is a buitifull park adjacent. Stuff in the reception was Ok as well.
I left a waterproof coat in the apartment,i rang them they found it,but could not post it to me,i offed to send the postage money,i live 400miles away.
The bed was large, but not very comfortable. I didn't like that the smoking area was below my room. Leaving my window open for air resulted in my clothes smelling like smoke.

price (but it was festival time!), lot of noise from building site opposite.

No toilet paper in the bathroom.
Very 'pre-fab' and flimsy. Could hear every tiny noise from neighbouring rooms. Rather expensive for the facilities offered, but it was mid-Fringe so I expected to be gouged! A sachet of cheap shower gel or a small bar of soap would have been welcomed.
Did not even provide a wee bar of soap in rooms.
Bed uncomfortable.
no loo roll or any toiletries (not usual I understand) over running flush on the loo very loud one person serving guests and 4 visible in office behind chatting - felt sorry for the person at the front.
The key didn't work to get in to my block. There seemed no urgency to fix this. I was told to use the main reception. The main reception door was closed late at night. Four out of the five night I had to rely on other people letting me in from inside. I often had to wait up to ten minutes for this to happen.
Very poor rooms, bad working electronic key system. Very dusty rooms and no room service at all. Bad working elevator, construction works in the neiborhood.
