From the warm friendly greeting from Jane when we arrived to the good-byes from Jane and Dave (and our waitress - sorry, didn't get her name) when we left. The presentation and cleanliness of our en-suite room, and the standard of the dining room was excellent. The quality of the breakfast each morning was of a very high standard, and nothing was too much trouble. In less than a minute from the front door you are on the seafront, and we managed to park outside every day.
所有评语 » Jane was very welcoming and helpful and made me feel right at home. The room and shared bathroom were spotless (something that is rare in budget accommodations. The bedding and deco was really nice in the room. The breakfast was made to order and high quality. I would definitely stay again. Dave and Jane were very good hosts breakfast was very filling with a choice cereal toast fry up or yogurts fruit juice tea n coffee the beds were very comfortable and the room had every thing you needed very enjoyable stay. super nice people who did all they could to make you feel at home. It was my birthday and they even put flowers and balloons in the room. It was very clean and great breakfast. A great place to stay!. Location was very convenient, close to the beach and pier and an easy walk to the downtown shopping centre. Breakfasts were excellent Hosts Dave and Jane were helpful and really nice people. So close to the sea and the pier - very convenient. Homely, friendly service and flexible owners who provided an iron and board when asked. Great breakfast. Jane and Dave made us very welcome, they were so friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was good too !! The single bed was a bit too hard for my tastes, but some might prefer that. There was nothing we didn't like. No complaints. Room did get very hot at night - we supposed its not usual for British b&b's to nee air con but a fan would have given us a much better night's sleep. Nothing. The only downside might be that there is only on street parking, but this is well advertised and is the same for all the guest houses. I didn't find anything I disliked during my stay. Check in time very late. Nothing (left too early for breakfast so can't comment on that). Bathroom ready to be updated but iwners are new so probably on their to do list.
