The room was very clean and well looked after. The food was excellent. The staff were very helpful and pleasant, its a shame I could only stay the one night,, would liked to have been there longer. All staff were very friendly and helpfull,rooms were excellent ,goodchoice breakfast excellent. The location of the hotel was excellent. We had a fabulous view of the seafront and the beach.
所有评语 » It was a good hotel and I found everything to my liking. The accommodation was 1st class. The quietness in the room. modern clean place. The Breakfast. The quality of the room overlooking the bay, the bar and dining facilities were first class, and the staff very friendly. Very helpful front office personnel and the twins serving at dinner and breakfast. the room was spotless and the staff lovely fod very reasonable as well. The staff at the hotel were all really nice. The hotel was lovely!. The food was excellent, service and facilities. Overall cleanlinessand friendliness of staff.Very friendly pleasent atmosphere. the views from the sea view rooms are amazing, much recommended. staff very helpful with any problems we had. breakfast was very nice aswel, the restaurant was a bit pricey for students but was excellent quality. The staff were very friendly, professional and accommodating. The room was quite large and had excellent views. The meals at the Connaught Restaurant in the Hotel were excellent. Could not fault them in any way.Room Fine. Convenient for our purpose Excellent breakfast. Facilities such as pool and jacuzzi are excellent. The breakfast and buffets were good value. The helpfulness of all the staff.Rooms are well equiped. All hotel staff were very friendly. Request for early room access on first day was granted and much appreciated ( we were attending a lunchtime wedding).A wonderfully relaxing hotel with top class staff. The room was small but clean, the hotel lounge was very nice and the drinks in the bar very reasonable. Noise of air conditioning system in rooms at back of hotel. not really but the room was a tad small. Lack of evening entertainment. Not everyone wishes to listen to a piano all the time.Parking at the hotel, there is non and due to it's location (on promenade) there where limited spaces so parking was hard to find. 1st room we went in the window was hanging off a broken hinge but we were swapped rooms straight away with absolutely no hesitation. not a lot of channels on the tv, only a problem when winding down for the night really!. The rooms did not have minibars - and after I arrived, no nearby shops were open to buy beverages to take to the room. Reception staff should be more helpful. Would be nice to have hairdressing salon available in-house. Would prefer internet WiFi. Only one thing, and that was breakfast! it seemed to be cheap and nasty and basic cheap ingrediants used to cut cost's where's i was paying £50 a night and thought some quality products on the buffet would be availible. High Bar prices. Single lift was too slowThe room was too warm, but that is really outwith your control. The room seemed a little too hot even when I had turned the radiators down.The time of 3pm before you can check in wasnt very helpful. We arrivedat 10am and was advised we could not check in before this time. We had ayoung baby with us and no effort was made to make up a room for us tocheck in any earlier. The breakfast dining area was dirty - the floor was unwashed and sticky, paint work was peeling and covered in mould. There is no parking.Problem finding parking space near hotel. Room rather small and lacking in storage space..satisfactory for one night stay but a bit inadequate fro langer stay. Too much furniture in bedroom for size of room!. over priced chinese restaurant,quality of food not good enough. There was a male duty manager who did not smile or greet us when we arrived, whenever we walked past the front desk he didn't even bother to look up let alone smile at us, very poor! There was an Eastern European receptionist who was excellent, very professional.an excellent hotel. no air conditioning in rooms. A cost of £7.95 for wireless access seems excessive when many rivals are providing free access. The hotel was short of staff and this did have some effect on the service.Room had heating turned off when I checked in, it was cold. Have stopped here several times and have always overlooked a noisy airconditioning unit - specifically asked for a room away from this forthis booking but if anything located nearer - could not have windowsopen because of the noise.Curtais were hanging off the rail. . the hotel has bulding work going on next door we were not informed of this at the time of booking.
