  Absolutely everything really. It is such a beautiful Guest House in a superb location along the seafront. The rooms are comfy and cosy, the breakfast is delicious and the welcome is warm. Would recommend this Guest House for anyone considering a trip to Cleethorpes. My room held 2 single beds and the decor was restful. The pot of tea and cake on arrival was most welcome and I felt confident of being well looked after.
