I marked the last circle in each category assuming it meant very good or excellent. We were very happy with the generously sized family room, access to the food court and staff.   I was pleasantly surprised at the comfort of the room. The owner was very nice and the decor was lovely. It is easy access to a bus route which runs to either the tube or Heathrow Airport Terminals 1,2,3 and 4. Recommend that information for Terminal 5 be added to directions to and from Heathrow.   I stayed there the night before taking an early morning flight from Stansted and the night after I arrived back in Stansted after midnight.   Helpful staff. The room was quiet with an excellent view. The full breakfast was also excellent. - Very comfortable room and bed. Excellent choice at breakfast, sepecially the Cambridge sausage!
