I marked the last circle in each category assuming it meant very good or excellent. We were very happy with the generously sized family room, access to the food court and staff.   We stayed in a family room in the annexe, next-door to the main lodge - very warm & clean. It was great to park our car right beside our bedroom window & have our dog stay. The en-suite 'rain-shower' gave out plenty of hot water, any time of day. Complimentary toiletries & spotless white towels were much appreciated. Pr - The convenience near the Business and Science Parks, and with a bicycle: close to the city centre. Large room, little external noise, good breakfast. Lights, shower, door lock, some TV channels - worked. Efficient, courteous and effective staff at breakfast.
