  The owner, Chris, was extremely nice, friendly and helpful with whatever I needed, e.g. fixing immediately a window a bit hard to close, doing whatever he could to prepare an espresso (he did not have any in the house that morning so he went to get some from his own house). We were greeted very promptly when we phoned and shown around the studio. It was even better than the pictures suggested.
