  These brand new apartments are located within walking distance to the city centre and the train stations,they are very well equipped with modern furniture and appliances. I also asked to check in earlier than the usual time and I was punctually met by Daniel who showed me the apartment and made sure that everything was working fine before leaving.... 别人怎么说 » The apartments are extremely quiet and reserved and you don't have even to worry to check out on your departure. Excellent customer service overall.   We selected Brooks on the basis of their location in the heart of Bristol and value for money. Staff were unfailingly professional and friendly, prepared to go the extra yard in service. The décor is clean and sharp, relatively minimalist but still comfortable. Bathroom is again a tight fit though adequate with l - My wife was taken suddenly ill during the stay and was admitted to hospital. The sympathy, support and general kindness of the staff at the Guesthouse was quite amazing, making our situation so much easier and we shall always feel grateful for this. Apart from that, the room was very comfortable, the whole place was clean and well kept and the food was excellent. The welcome which we had even before our problems began was second to none and I would certainly stay there again.

  Very friendly welcome by Ashley/David - arrangements for access were excellent. Location/access to Bristol City Centre and also to water boat taxi very good.   I booked this apartment as my daughter had a heart operation at Bristol Children's hospital which was in walking distance. The apartment was spotless and offered some comfort for me to escape from the hospital for an hour or so. The lady I spoke to was amazing even though she couldn't get us in straight away she did ring back withi - The staff were very helpful when we requested an extra bed and also extended our stay by 2 days. The apartment had everything we require for a family of 4, comfortable beds, good showers, lovely toiletries, washing machine, iron, leather couches. It was very secure and Tesco's was literally around the corner. The bus station is very close by and Cabot Circus mall is in walking distance.

  This was my first stay in an apartment in the UK. Wonderful apartment. Clean, stylish and cosy. I liked the small balcony to walk out on. All utilities, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave. I would use Premier Apartments again. - Every fixture and fitting was not cheep and was spotless, every detail was covered from dishwasher tablets and a hair drier to a bed that made mine feel like a pile of rocks even the knives in the drawer were laid out the same way! Easy access to cabots and broadmead and right next to a spa and even though they are located near a busy area of Bristol the sound proofing is excellent I couldn't be more pleased with our room.
