good clean rooms with an unexpectedly good breakfast included in the price. Bar food excellent and a discount is given to guests. Location relative to conference centre very easy (and town centre). Overlooks the beach. Staff very friendly and helpful and made me feel safe. The location of the hotel was great and staff was really helpful. Lots of discounts for the bar/restaurant was a plus also. And we had a private bathroom which we appreciated very much !.

Great size bed, central location to brighton. No noise from the street at level 4. Position, friendly staff (lovely brunette lady with hut) and private bathrooms. The location was excellent. Easy walking distance to all the clubs and shops. The discount of food was great too. Loved that it was on the beach and that breakfast was included, great atmosphere and nice people :0). I like the roommates I had for that night and the discount we got on food and drinks. The way it was situated near main amenities and coach station. Shower was good. near to brighton's center. good price. Great location, fairly clean. Location, staff and price. Staff were great. Cheap. Location - right next to the Pier. Not a problem for me but worth bearing in mind that the hostel has a lively bar downstairs with music until 2-3am. Breakfast could be slightly improved. Unfortunately our room on third floor was on the back side and not equipped with a fan !! We did not get much sleep because opening the window resulted in hearing a really noisy air machine from the restaurant downstairs all night long !. The bar wasn't the cleanest (sticky surfaces and a few flies). It took an hour for the cooked breakfast to reach me. Unexplainably high parking costs and need to constantly move car from one car park to another. Very thin and only one pillow. Slow service at bar as very busy with non residents. Nothing. Coffee in room was undrinkable and noisy if you were to stay on 1st floor but if you ask im sure they would put you on a higher floor. the corridor and stairs are quite crowed. Way to nice, made us feel so great. nothing bad to say. breakfast time in the paper on the rooms door wrong. Deposit on key One fixed channel on TV Bed was uncomfortable due to old, squeeky bed frame (put mattress on floor) Had to ask for pillow cases (request greeted reluctantly). Very noisy at night so if you want a quiet night in, this is not the hostel for you. The key card never worked so that was very inconvient. Really would of liked to have skyped my family being as I live in Germany, however the wifi that was advertised didn't work, and one of the staff members said that it hasn't for a long time. The pub under our rooms, very loud. I felt it was in need of decorating and freshing up. The lift was not very big enough for one person and case. Can be noisy all night due to music playing in the bar. small stairs, forget about lift. not very clean. As expected, it is extremely noisy. This isn't a huge deal as I knew it would be going in, but on a Monday night when the bar was actually fairly empty I did wonder if the music needed to be quite so loud, quite so late. It was really noisy at night and the key to the room never worked. Very basic. I think my room had either fleas or bed bugs - both my friend and I were bitten in several places. Extremely loud music with no isolation until 2am. Bed next to window and no curtain. Too many beds in the room, all right next to the other. No privacy. Bathroom was absolutely filthy and disgusting. Only one bathroom for nine people is not enough.
