  Everything! On arrival we was greeted and showed to our room and the landlady was more than helpful. Paid and got a receipt. Lovely clean beds & room. Excellent Price for what we wanted the room for (Overnight stay), Great Value for us as we are on a budget, Nowhere cheaper and let us have an extra hour check out. It was literally a two minute walk to the beach, it was what you pay for, it's great for a couple of nights break. We would go back again and would recommend this place if your expectations aren't high. Shower didn't work but was fixed within a couple of hours after we told the owners who were really sweet and helpful
