Suppose the decor was not right up to date but room was big, it was tidy, (no marks on walls, no signs of looking tired at all), bed was comfy, loads of tea and coffee, bathroom was also large and everywhere was super clean. Staff were extremely attentive and helpful. We experienced no heating on the 1st night.
