  Small establishment so the personal touch made a difference. Travelling into the city centre was very quick and easy so our initial concerns about being to far out of the city were not necessary. Breakfast was amazingly good. couldnt have asked for nicer hosts nothing was too much trouble, many thanks for the lift to liverpool docks, a real home from home. Even dropped us off at the railway station to save us getting a taxi when we left. Breakfast was plentiful and cooked well.
