The staff were so helpful and friendly, in particular Stephaine the attention to detail was superb in every aspect of the hotel. From chrissie on reception to jack in the Bert's!! We had an absolutely great time, was upgraded to the Heaney suit, on our next return I will defiantly be having this room. I attended a black-tie event at the hotel, but the suit hire people included trousers that were far too small!!!! I told the receptionist about my dilemma and it was not long before they miraculasly found a pair of trousers which amazingly fitted perfectly!!!
