  the reception staff were very helpful, after confusion about the type of room booked , it was rectified with no problems - Every thing about the gotel was First Class, even though we did not use all the facilities available

  The breakfasts, including the service provided by the staff, were especially good. The room was comfortable, the bathroom/shower whilst not 'state of the art modern' was clean and easy to use, and the tea making facilities and toiletries provided were very good.
