This is a really nice hotel. Close to the metrolink and the nightlife in Sale (Bars, Restaurants etc). We only stayed one night but would have been happy to stay longer. The owner and staff are really friendly, the place is spotlessly clean, breakfast was good, beds were comfy. Really good value for money. No hesitation in making a full recommendation

Accommodation is 10 min walk from train station and 5 min walk to good bus route in to manchester. Had a concert at Manchester Apollo and was £4 return on bus. The Ivy Mount guest house was booked at the last minute, as I normally stay in the larger well known city centre hotels. However the experience of staying at the “Ivy Mount” has totally change my future accommodation requirements.
