  The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, the check in was done quickly. The room was impeccable - clean and comfortable. It had a coffee maker and flat screen tv. The front desk staff (Justin) went out of their way to find us a family room. the room was very clean and had all amenities. the hotel is 15 minutes walk away from Luton terminal and there is great value for money in staying at this hotel in lieu of sleeping uncomfortable in the airport overnight. also, there could also be cost benefit in returning a hired car a day earlier and staying in the hotel

  I took my girlfriend away for the weekend, and we had an amazing time. The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and the facilities are very modern and clean. The local knowledge of the reception staff on arrival and the guidance given by phone, to find the hotel from LUTON AIRPORT was excellent - suprisingly noisy in the room facing the main road although we were a fair distance from the road and the road was only an A road .
