Kirsty, the young receptionist on duty on June 8th, made us feel very
welcome, she also changed our room to a far more suitable location, near
the front door with no fuss at all. She also remembered that our purpose
for staying there was to visit Glamis Castle and on arrival she
immediately handed us a map and relevant info with our name on it. This
little gesture was most appreciated because it showed she valued
personalizing 'Premier Inn's' service.

We liked the fact that we didn't have to go far to get something to eat and drink without having to go into the city. The room was by clean and tidy and the bed was really comfortable. Staff very helpful allowed us to check-in earlier than stated. We could leave our luggage safe for a few hours after we checked-out. Room had a lovely view and was very comfortable. great staff, and on leaving before breakfast had started the young man on reception (sorry but cannot remember his name) but it was on the morning of Sat 13 th July 2013 he had a coffee and a bacon roll ready for me to take away , Now that is what you call service and that is why i would recommend The Drumoig to anyone. ea

The ambience, location and surrounding landscape were very good. The room was generous in size, clean and well furnished, albeit, the upholstery was threadbare. The b/fast and lunch were of a very high standard as was the service by staff. The weather did help. Should like to return for a slightly longer stay.. Our son and his joined us to celebrate my wife's birthday and they seem to have enjoyed their stay.

A warm and inviting hotel situated on a bus line to take you to Dundee with 10 minutes. We stayed 2 nights. Our room was clean and had ensuite privileges. Staff were pleasant and accomodating when we showed up a few hours prior to the check in time. The hotel has a lounge/bar area, a sunroom, patio and a restaurant. All meals were fabulous. -

Liked the little touches - nice bathrobes,slippers provided, coffee/tea tray. Staff in the bar were lovely. Lovely breakfast, served a bit earlier for us as we had a fishing trip booked and needed to leave 10-15mis after breakfast should start.
