Excellent value and high standard. Ensuite, tea & coffee, TV, and everything beautifully clean. The hosts are friendly and helpful, whilst not intrusive, and the location is great for University of Warwick. Peaceful location whilst handy for the motorways. We chose to have the optional breakfast - superb. We will use this again while son is at university there.

Recently refurbished so decor of a high standard, room of a good size, extremely comfortable and we were lucky enough to have a fantastic view over the river.
