  Excellent new facilities.Met by beautiful Latvian girl who spoke excellent English and was extremely helpful.Half an hour later picked up by very friendly Latvian driver in their mini bus to take us to The Fox and Goose for a meal ,no charge for the ride and 20% off the food bill when I presented their card. Mini bus in the morning punctual even at the unearthly hour of 5.00 am. 7 minute ride to the airport departures building again no char - The staff were really excellent and flexible - allowing me to check in much earlier than normal, after I had arrived from Dublin to Bristol airport. They had the room cleaned early, as I waited, and gave me some coffee and breakfast, TV, internet access, etc. The owner also dropped by to say hello. The staff also allowed me to use their printer and were excellent in providing transport to and from the train station in Bristol (about a 30 minute drive) and were much cheaper than a regular taxi.

  Easy check in, very friendly and helpful receptionist. only stayed one night and arrived a little late due to getting lost in Bristol city centre. Receptionist arranged for the hotel bus to pick us up from hotel and take us to, bungalow restaurant, who she rang to say we were on our way to eat. The room was clean and comfortabl - Decided at the last minute to stay at the Forge before early morning flight. Staff very friendly and efficient, accommodation small but very comfortable, as well as tea and coffee also included cereals in room for breakfast and mini fridge with milk! Taken by mini bus to their own pub free of charge and collected, all staff extremely cheerful and helpful. Would definitely recommend it. Could not be nearer to Bristol airport.

I stayed at hotel for one night because I had a very early flight the next morning from Bristol airport, which I'm pleased I did (coming from Cardiff meant it would have been a very very early start otherwise). Cosy, well presented room. Friendly check in even on late evening arrival. Liked the separate accommodation in garden, felt like we really had our own place. Cheap, cheerful and everything needed for a quick night before airport, which is within walking distance, literally 5 mins away.

  The twin bedded room was of a very high standard with lots of room. There was a packed breakfast and as we had an early flight we were able to take this with us to eat on the plane and it was very enjoyable.   We liked everything. Felt totally at home, so much so that we sat on the lounge floor in front of the 'real' fire each evening with the news papers and a drink. How relaxing is that? The people running the hotel were so friendly and helpful. We would recommend it to everyone.   friendly staff and excellent food - The owners were friendly, helpful and very accommodating when the size of my party change. I arrived on the coldest day of the year (-10 degrees) and was given extra heaters and blankets.
