  I booked the last available room. It was comfortable, sparkling clean, and just what we wanted for a weekend break. The staff were friendly and helpful, and really nice. The location of the hotel was ideal, close to the tram stop so the car could be left parked at the hotel, near to the Pleasure Beach, and yet quiet. - We are enjoyed at the plac... 别人怎么说 » e but very disappointed with freeview TV frozen all the time so we give up - we were outing almost time.   The hotel itself was great for the price. From arriving to a friendly welcome , to a great sea view in our double room we valued the kings as a very friendly and accommodating stay. En suite rooms were handy and the breakfast as filling and offered how you like it , so any picky eaters will be thrilled ! Also free car parking - Myself and my partnrreally enjoyd our stay. We cae out of season and most places where closed but we werent too bothered because we only came for a night away. The hotel was very clean and the staff where very friendly and helpfull. Highly recomend

  The staff were very friendly, helpful and accomodating. We were given a lovely room with a four poster bed - slept like a log! Enjoyed the breakfast which was served traditionally rather than buffet style - everythiing was fresh and hot. Not so sure - perhaps you need another option in age category. - The service was excellent from the moment we arrived, rooms upgraded and food excellent at dinner, and there is a lovely coffee shop from 10am - 5pm with a lovely selection of food. Free car parking and the beach is only a 5 or 10 minute walk away which is superb and goes for miles. Nothing is too much trouble, just ask and its done. Peaceful hotel. No hustle and bustle. Just enjoy.

  Our deluxe double room on the top floor was fabulous. Spacious, light and airy. Very comfortable bed with lovely linen. The extra room with fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, tea making facilities and a table and chairs to seat 2 was excelllent. Breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. Anna, the owner was very friendly and recommended places to eat, one of which was Tiggis (Italian) where we had a fantastic meal in a lively atmosh - We paid £5 extra for a superior room which was located at the very top of the building. We had loveky views, a good clean bathroom, our own little kitchenette area and Anne, the owner brought us up some lovely complimentary cakes. The bed was very comfortable, blackout blinds, very spacious. The hotel was only a two minute walk from the main centre where all the bars and restaurants were and also the pier and beach are only 4-5 mons walk away.
