Victoria, the Ukrainian girl, was one of the staff who was showing and telling us about all the available activities in the hotel and I can say the hotel is lucky to find someone like her where I never experience any brilliant way of dealing with customers the same way she was dealin... 别人怎么说 » g with us. The massage in the Chi SPA I had was one of the best I have ever had in a hotel. Good room service. Great view on the Bosphorus. Rooms very nice, good balcony. We stayed in Premium Suite.

  Location is close to kent shooping center. they have some connected rooms for family with kids. breakfast was good. Mr.khalil the hotel manager is helpfull He treated us with fruites when we compliend about the room. - 1.Location nearby Kent Mydani (Mall and shops are nearby). 2.Could be better if more cleaning , and maintainance done good.
