  Everything was so perfect. A hotel that everyone would dream of. Victoria, the Ukrainian girl, was one of the staff who was showing and telling us about all the available activities in the hotel and I can say the hotel is lucky to find someone like her where I never experience any brilliant way of dealing with customers the same way she was dealin... 别人怎么说 » g with us. We were in out honeymoon and we really liked it and would like to visit the hotel again. Thanks Shangrila and thanks Victoria. - The interior was beautiful. Staff gave great service. The massage in the Chi SPA I had was one of the best I have ever had in a hotel. Good room service. Great view on the Bosphorus. Rooms very nice, good balcony. We stayed in Premium Suite.

Good restaurant. 15min away from Gebze Center. Mr. Turan the manager helped us in anything we needed, very friendly person.
